Chuggs the pug chihuahua is, quite simply, adorable. He LOVES attention, plays fantastically with other dogs, and just fills every room with playful, happy energy. Turned over to Second Chance Shelter in Selma, California, Chuggs (then called Rylie) braved a full ice storm that called for a rescue trip to Eugene to help get the transport the rest of the way to Portland. Despite such a stressful journey, he hasn’t skipped a beat and leaped into his new home with all four foot.
