Linda and Zeke with a young girl in the K-9 Elite Youth Cadet Dog Training Program

Our Youth Cadet Dog Training Program (YCDT) will be an outstanding opportunity for at risk youth to learn self confidence, discipline, different dog breeds, dog behavior, dog training methods, form relationships, build teamwork and meet new friends – both human and canine alike.

All YCDT students will receive a training packet, dog harness, training leash, a water bottle, personalized dog treat bag, dog training collar, dog toys, and a dog-trainer t-shirt.

If you know of a student in grades 6 through 12 who is prepared to commit 2-4 hours a week learning the ropes, email linda@k-9elite.dog about how to be a part of this new program.

Paid Internships?

While it’s not ready yet, our goal is to pursue grants and donations to also offer paid internship opportunities to our dog training cadets.
